Product Owner Digital Platform Management (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Product Owner Digital Platform Management (m/f/d) for the Digital Platforms department in Oberderdingen.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the development and planning of the company’s web platforms (website, webshop, intranet, extranet) in an agile environment, working with internal and external IT service providers/agencies
- Identification, conception, and integration of innovative platform components and features, in the form of user stories (from the product backlog) for sprint planning
- Coordination of business and technical requirements with stakeholders and service providers, ensuring smooth and sustainable implementation of solutions
- Point of contact for the implementation of incremental development steps within the agile project team (planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives)
- Prioritize and evaluate stakeholder requirements, considering strategic goals and the value they add to the company
- Track, monitor, and ensure adherence to timing and budget
- Test functionalities, approve products based on acceptance criteria, and provide second-level support
Your profile:
- A degree or training in fields related to computer science or business administration
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in an international environment
- Strong affinity and enthusiasm for web applications and technologies with a user-oriented focus
- Experience in agile project management (SCRUM, SAFe) and in the use of IT project management tools (e.g., Atlassian products Jira and Confluence)
- A team player with strong organizational and communication skills
- Agile mindset with strong planning and prioritization abilities
- Decision-making competence, intrinsic motivation, and a high level of responsibility
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are an advantage
